NaijaAgents helps you find the right real estate professional in Nigeria, and helps agents and agencies be found and follow up well. Everyone uses the same account; what you see depends on what you do.

If you're looking for help

You can search without an account. Choose where you're looking and what you need, then open profiles to compare them.

• Compare. Each profile shows the services the professional offers, the areas they cover, reviews from other people and the details we've checked.
• Contact. Show the phone number, start a WhatsApp chat, or send a request describing what you need. Your message reaches the agent exactly as you wrote it.
• Keep track. With an account, your enquiries, bookmarks and reviews are kept in one place.

A check confirms one detail, such as a phone number or a CAC registration. It isn't a guarantee. Before paying anyone, confirm their authority, inspect the property, have a lawyer review the documents and verify the payment details.

If you're an agent

Create your agent profile from Home or Become an agent in the sidebar. Add your services, the areas you serve and how people can reach you, then publish it. Confirm your phone number on WhatsApp so customers can see it's been checked.

Requests from your profile arrive as leads you can track from new to won.

If you run an agency

Create an agency from the workspace menu at the top of the sidebar. Set up the agency's profile, then invite your agents. Each agent accepts the invitation and appears on the agency's page once their own profile is published.

Switch between your personal account and each agency from the same menu. Leads, members and billing stay separate for each one.
