Your account and contexts

Personal is your own space. It holds your enquiries, bookmarks and reviews, and, if you're an agent, your profile, leads and subscription.

An agency is a separate space for a real estate business. It has its own profile, members, teams, leads and subscription. You can belong to several agencies and switch between them; their information never mixes.

Profiles

Agent profile: an agent's public page with their services, the areas they cover, contact options, reviews and checks. It stays a draft until the agent publishes it.

Listing added by NaijaAgents: a profile we published from public information before the professional joined. It's labelled as such, shows where the information came from, and can be claimed by the person or business it describes.

Enquiries and leads

Contact request: the message a customer sends from a profile. It's kept exactly as written.

Lead: the agent's working record for one contact request: its status, priority, notes and follow-up date.

Reviews and checks

Review: a star rating and comment from a signed-in person. Others can mark it helpful, and the professional can reply.

Check: a confirmation of one detail, such as an email address, a phone number on WhatsApp, a government ID or a CAC registration. Each badge says what was checked and when, and never guarantees a person, a property or a deal.
