Contact a professional

You don't need an account to contact an agent or agency. Open their profile and choose how you'd like to reach them.

Call or WhatsApp

Choose Show number to see the phone number, or WhatsApp to start a chat with it. The professional sees how many people revealed their number or started a chat, but not who.

Send a request

Choose Send a request to describe what you need: what you're looking for, where, your budget and when you need it. Your request reaches the professional exactly as you wrote it, with the name, email and phone number you give. We never email the address you type into the form, so only the professional replies.

• Requests to an agent go to that agent. Requests to an agency go to the agency's shared inbox, where its team picks them up.
• Profiles added by NaijaAgents from public information can't take requests until the professional claims them. Call or WhatsApp instead.
• You can send the same profile two requests a day. If you send many requests from one connection in an hour, we ask you to wait.

Keep track of your enquiries

Sign in with the same email you used and open My enquiries to see every request you've sent, including ones sent before you had an account. Bookmarks keeps the profiles you saved, and My reviews the reviews you've written.

Before you pay anyone

A request starts a conversation; it isn't a booking or a contract. Confirm the person's identity and authority, inspect the property, have a lawyer review the documents and check the payment details yourself. Our property guides explain what to check.
