Invite agents and staff
Bring your agents and office staff into the agency, and choose who appears on its page.
Open Members in the agency's sidebar to see everyone in the agency, including people who haven't accepted their invitation yet.
Send an invitation
Choose Invite members, enter each person's email address and pick their role. They get an email with a link to join. Pending invitations show on the Invitations tab, where you can resend or cancel them.
Agents and office staff
After joining, each person says whether they're an agent or office staff. Agents set up their own profile; office staff help run the agency without a public profile.
Who appears on the agency's page
Agents with a published profile appear on the agency's page. On Members, you can hide an agent from the page without removing them from the agency. Agents can also turn off Show me on my agencies' pages on their own profile.
Roles
Roles decide what each person can see and do, such as who works leads, who manages billing and who edits the agency profile. Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer come built in; owners can create custom roles in Settings → Roles.
Your plan covers your agents
The agency's plan covers its agents: 3 on Free, 5 on Basic, 20 on Business and every agent on Enterprise, earliest to join first. Covered agents get the plan's allowance on their own profiles too. Settings → Billing shows who's covered.
