Teams and the shared inbox
How agency requests reach your team, and how to assign them.
The shared inbox
Requests sent from the agency's page arrive in the agency's Leads. Owners and admins are emailed for each one. Requests sent to an agent's own profile stay with that agent.
The agency's monthly allowance is the plan's figure per agent times the agents it covers, with at least one. Requests past it arrive locked and open when the plan allows them.
Assign leads (Business and up)
On Business and Enterprise, assign a lead to a person or a team from the lead's page. Members who can only see their own work see the leads assigned to them, or to their teams.
Teams
Teams group people, such as a lettings team or a branch. Create them on Teams. Free agencies have 1 team, Basic 3, Business 10 and Enterprise as many as you need. Changing plan never deletes a team.
