Plans and billing

Your Personal space and each agency have their own plan. Open Settings → Billing in the one you want to change.

Plans

• Free: 5 full requests per agent a month, 3 service areas and a sample of Insights.
• Basic: ₦10,000 a month or ₦100,000 a year. 30 requests per agent a month, 10 service areas, lead labels and follow-ups, and 90 days of Insights.
• Business: ₦25,000 a month or ₦250,000 a year. Unlimited requests (fair use), covers up to 20 agents, lead assignment, 12 months of Insights with regions and CSV export.
• Enterprise: for large agencies and developers. Talk to us.

Pay with Paystack

Choose a plan and pay on Paystack. Your plan starts as soon as Paystack confirms the payment and renews until you cancel. Only the workspace's owner can change its plan.

Billing email

Receipts and payment notices go to the workspace's billing email. Paystack knows each workspace by its email, so your Personal space and an agency need different ones. Set it before you pay; it can't change after a payment has started.

Receipts and invoices

Invoices and receipts lists every payment. Download a receipt for any paid invoice. We email one to the billing email too.

Change your card, switch plans or cancel

Manage billing opens Paystack, where you change your card or cancel. When you cancel, the plan stays on until the end of the period you've paid for, then the workspace moves to Free. Nothing is deleted.

To switch plans, cancel, then choose the new plan when the current one ends.

If a payment fails

We email you and show a notice in Billing. Update your card in Manage billing. If the plan stays unpaid, the workspace moves to Free.
