Who pays?
Independent agents subscribe for themselves. Agencies subscribe separately, and an agency's plan covers its agents, so they don't need their own. Billing for you and each agency stays separate.
Monthly or yearly?
Either. Paying yearly costs ten months: Basic is ₦100,000 a year instead of ₦120,000.
What happens when an agent goes over their requests?
Nothing is lost and the customer isn't blocked. On Basic, an agent sees 30 requests a month in full; later ones still arrive in the inbox with the details hidden until the agency or agent upgrades.
What does fair use mean on Business?
Business has no monthly cap on full contact requests. If usage looks automated or abusive, we'll get in touch before changing anything.
Does a paid plan rank me higher?
No. Search results never depend on your plan. Sponsored placements are a separate, clearly labelled product.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, from Settings › Billing. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, then moves to Free. Your profile, leads and reviews are kept.
